一直有朋友在问如何保养花田洋的刀具
最近在网上看到一位刀友以前的帖子也在问询这个问题，看到有热心网友对此进行了一番解释：
花田洋的信里是这么跟我说的，当然了，他说的是日常保养的磨刀，不是制作过程中的。

3. There is a special ceramic whetstone that can sharpen our knife. Please use the 6000#. If this whetstone is necessary, I can introduce it to you.
